Losing Poker like a Winner
Before we talk about winning at poker, I’d like to chat about something that many players don’t bother to learn, and it ends up costing in the long run. There is a certain panache to losing well that has been neglected in the playing community, both in live games as well as online. A few paragraphs of hate online are just as irritating and awkward as a hissy fit in person.
A poor poker loser is a welcome deletion from any table, while a gracious one is always welcomed back. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen countless situations where anger is justified, be it a big talker at the table, or someone playing a crummy hand and lucking out with the community cards.
