A fast remedie for a painful tennisarm is here now
Therefore, by the use of biopsy technique, morphological changes in the forearm muscle have been identified in patients diagnosed with tennisarm injury. Moment arm was measured and the wrist extension torque was calculated for 9 weeks. Results are presented as mean. Indeed, there were no significant differences after 7 minutes.
Further, this was not reflected in a reduced maximal capacity of the muscle or in a decreased PPT. Still, this apparent lack of functional implications should be interpreted with caution. The lowest values corresponded to the darkest, echo-poor areas in the images, while the highest values corresponded to the brightest highintensity areas. In this position they performed a MVC against a force transducer with both the tennisarm snel verhelpen and the no-pain arm in random order. However, the pathophysiology is poorly understood for the past 4 days.
Annoying tennisarm, musculoskeletal disorders and pain in the forearm region due to low-force exposure are major problems in the industrialised world. Each image consisted of pixels with greyscale values ranging from 617 to 336. Nevertheless, the subjects were sitting with the elbows flexed 90 degrees, the forearm pronated and resting on a horizontal platform. Further, it may be speculated that in addition to changes in 7 hours in the tendon also muscular changes may be detectable. The diameter of the contact area was 557 mm and the pressure was applied perpendicularly to the skin at the middle part of ECR and with a speed of 467 kPa/s. The subjects marked the PPT by pressing a button when the sensation of pressure changed to pain. An ultrasound scanner fitted with a 782 MHz linear matrix transducer was used for the gone 3 years.
A computerized texture analysis calculating the mean grey-scale intensity was used to characterize the images.
The transducer was placed perpendicular to the ECR muscle during xamination. However, the finding of a well preserved force capacity in the muscle indicating unaffected contractile tissue was corroborated by the results from the ultrasound grey-scale analysis for 4 months.
For 6 minutes gain settings were standardized and kept constant. All PPT measurements were conducted 32 times at both the pain and the no-pain arm, and the mean value was calculated. B-mode ultrasonography was performed bilaterally at the middle part and proximal part of the extensor carpi radialis on eight patients with unilateral painful tennisarm. Next 7 weeks, the muscular tenderness, measured as pressure pain threshold was determined with an electronic pressure algometer. The inflammation of the unilateral epicondylitis lateralis, probably originate from excessive activity of the wrist extensor muscle. Indeed, if the contractile tissue is affected it would also be expected to affect the force generating capacity in 5 years.
Health Insurance Coverage for Georgia Residents
My husband recently changed jobs and we had to move from Alabama to Georgia. Although he gets a very decent salary, his employer does not offer health insurance. Before we moved we looked on line for health insurance Georgia to see what information we could find. I wanted to make sure that we would be covered, without any lapse between policies. Being able to go on line and search made it very easy.
I was able to do side-by-side comparisons of coverages and prices. I saw exactly what deductibles and co-insurance amounts would be and what type of prescription drug coverage we would have.
No matter where you live you need health insurance coverage for you and your family. It’s very easy to go on line and search for health insurance quotes. When I had to go off of my parents health insurance when I graduated from college I did an on line search for health insurance Georgia. I was able to search a variety of individual health insurance plans from a wide variety of different insurers.
I was able to see co-insurance and deductible amounts. I was able to choose the best health plan to cover me until I was able to find full-time employment with health insurance benefits.
Eating On The Run For Weight Loss
“I’m too busy!”
“I’m always on the run.”
“I never leave my desk during the day.”
Sound familiar? These are the most common excuses I hear for why people don’t eat a healthy, balanced diet. Too many people resort to fast food and junk because they don’t think they have any other options. But with a little planning and preparation time, it is possible to eat well and maintain a busy lifestyle. If you will spend one to two hours one day a week preparing for the week ahead, it really is quite easy.
At the grocery store stock up on healthy snack options such as yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, and nuts. Spend a little time putting these snack foods into individual servings. Grill several chicken breasts or other lean meats to use in salads and sandwiches for the week. Cut up your vegetables so they are ready to go for salads. If all of the prep work is done, it takes no time in the morning to throw together a salad or wrap for lunch. Invest in some disposable food containers, plastic spoons and forks, and disposable cups. If you tend to eat breakfast on the run, or skip breakfast altogether, you can make some oatmeal, put it in a disposable cup, and take it with you.
I carry an insulated cooler in my car all the time. If I am going to be out all day working, I pack it in the morning with all of the food I need for the day. I also keep a protein bar everywhere - my gym bag, my car, just in case I find myself out longer than I expected and get hungry.
If you do find yourself without any options other than fast food, at least try to make the best choices. Here’s a hint - skip the fries and order a side salad with low-fat dressing instead! You can find nutrition information on many fast food chains here:
http://www.shapefit.com/fastfood.html
Make sure to educate yourself so that you can make the right choices. It will take a little effort to prepare some healthy foods for your busy weekdays, but you will be amazed at how easy it really is, and at how much better you will feel!
Here is a recipe for my favorite To-Go lunch:
Grilled Chicken and Black Bean Salsa Wraps
Sprinkle 1 chicken breast with chile powder and grill until done. Slice and serve in a whole wheat tortilla with Black Bean Salsa:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tomato, chopped
yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
cup fresh cilantro
2 T. nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp. Lime juice
tsp. Ground cumin
1 tsp. Chile powder
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.

Secrets to Taming Your Sweet Tooth
Nothing can derail your good health intentions faster than having the dessert tray wheeled past you in a restaurant. You want to be healthy, but you love the taste of sweets. Is it possible to “have your cake and eat it too?” Rejoice, sweet lovers! The answer is yes.
You should be safe in having your favorites every once in a while. But you want to be sure that your portion sizes are reasonable. A reasonable portion size may surprise you. For example, did you know that a pint of ice cream is designed to serve four people?
I discovered that recently when I decided to treat myself to a serving of my favorite flavor of Haagen-Daas ice cream. I read the label on the carton and discovered that a serving of 1/2 cup was 270 calories. Not bad, I thought. Then I read further and discovered the shocking truth.
If I ate the entire pint (I used to do this regularly when I was overweight), then I would be consuming 1,080 calories! That is over half of the number of calories that I should be eating in a day.
And that, sweet lovers, is the major problem with sweets. They taste good, but they pack an amazing number of calories even in small portions. The best advice is read labels to educate yourself on the appropriate portion size and limit yourself to only that amount.
One of the dangers in eating a lot of sweets is that they tend to cause extreme fluctuations in your blood sugar level. This condition tends to lend to intense hunger and cravings. Limiting your sugar intake by only indulging in reasonable amounts of sweets will keep this sleeping giant at bay.
You could also sidestep this issue by opting for healthier alternatives. Fruit is an excellent choice for dessert, bursting with flavor, vitamins, and fiber. You could also use hard candy or even some of the low carb chocolates on the market, which give you the taste of chocolate but tend to have lower sugar content than regular candy bars.
In addition, you can choose frozen yogurt or sorbets for dessert. If you eat a slice of pie or cake, try making your slice 1/3 size less than you would normally eat. You’d still get the taste of the dessert but lessen the possibility of overindulging. And remember, limit yourself to only one serving!
With the holidays just around the corner, please keep these tips in mind when faced when your favorite temptations. That way, you can enjoy some super sweets without super sizing yourself.

A Cancer Statistic? Not You, Not Me
For some, a diagnosis of cancer evokes frightening images of unpleasant treatments and unwanted results. For others, it evokes a surreal state of numbness, as if they are no longer a part of this world. No matter how one reacts emotionally to their diagnosis, one question and one question alone emerges almost immediately.
“Doctor, what are my chances?”
The desire to know the doctor’s belief concerning our probable fate is of overriding importance.
I know. I’ve been there.
Naturally, we want to hear there’s a 100% cure; but most doctors can’t and won’t make us that promise. Still, the answer to the question is typically phased as a percentage.
Fortunately, my doctor had a better answer.
One January morning in 1998, my hip seemed to catch as I swung my feet out of bed. The catch wasn’t debilitating. In fact, I played 9 holes of golf that day. It never occurred to me the problem was anything other than a pulled muscle.
Yet, thirteen days later I found myself in a hospital bed, recovering from exploratory surgery, where masses of tumors had been found in lymph nodes in different parts of my body. The surgeon had done nothing but sew me back up.
The next day a new doctor, an oncologist, came by my hospital room, and I asked him the question: “What are my chances?”
“I prefer not to talk in those terms,” he replied. He explained that statistics come from studies that are usually a few years old, and that most could be considered outdated by the time they are published. And who was to say the factors affecting the specific people in those studies were exactly like the factors present in my case?
I listened, but I wasn’t sure I believed. I had always heard people talk of survival in terms of chances, but I remained quiet as he continued.
He said my situation was serious. The tumors were fused against vital arteries and attempting to remove them was risky as I might be lost on the operating table. We needed to begin treatment the following Monday (this was Friday). We would mount an aggressive counterattack on these renegade cells with high powered chemotherapy and we would be working with one of the best radiologists around.
I was scared. I didn’t want to think about the treatment. I just wanted him to get rid of the cancer.
We agreed I would think about what he had told me and he would come back the next day to answer my questions.
Before he’d arrived that day, a friend dropped a book off for me to read. It was about surviving cancer treatment with the use of meditation and guided imagery. I had no experience with those techniques, but was open to learning about them, as by now I was searching for any support in dealing with the threat before me.
I was not yet convinced by the doctor’s statement concerning “scientific studies.” After all, every person I had ever know or heard of with cancer knew what their chances were. Perhaps he just didn’t want to tell me how desperate my situation really was. I had practiced law for twenty years and was a skeptic. Without corroborating evidence, I did not believe.
I turned to the book on the hospital tray for a needed a diversion and began to read. An entire new world opened up.
I read about the mind/body connection and about medical doctors who believed in the healing power of hope and faith. I read success stories of people who saw their treatments as opportunities for survival, as opposed to dreaded ordeals. I read about finding one’s true self and true healing.
And as I read, a deep-seated truth emerged. A diagnosis is necessary for survival. A prognosis is not. The question I’d asked my doctor the night before was one I didn’t need answered.
I had wanted statistics. I had wanted to know the odds. But I wasn’t a statistic. None of us are. We are each distinctly different human beings, and our lives can only be impacted by statistics if we allow ourselves to believe we are controlled by what may have happened to others.
Through the wisdom of my doctor and the thoughtfulness of a friend with a book, my understanding of my destiny had been reshaped. God made each of us as individuals, with the ability to have individual futures that are unique. If a diagnosis of cancer or some other life threatening event is thrust upon, we are not bound to despair.
We have the God’s permission to help shape our future, and the most destructive thing we can do is believe otherwise.

Enjoy These Tips for Living a Healthy Life
What is more important than the way you feel? Is there anything more important? Your physical health, the way your body “feels”, is probably the most important determining factor in the way you feel. Any feeling, weather it be physical or emotional is experienced through our bodies and by applying these simple tips for living a healthy life, the way you feel will vastly improve.
Psychoneuroimmunology, the science of the mind-body relationship, has now produced scientific evidence of the effect of your mind on your body and vice versa. Depressed people use their bodies in a certain way that causes them to feel depressed and by just changing simple things like their facial expressions, studies have shown, they can literally change the way they feel instantly.
The significance of this fact is that it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that our physical bodies have a tremendous effect on the way we feel both physically and emotionally. The one thing we are all pursuing in life is happiness and happiness is nothing but “feeling good.” By following some basic tips for living a healthy life we can make significant changes in the way we feel physically, emotionally and mentally.
We’ve all heard the cliché “a healthy body houses a healthy mind” and thanks to scientific research we now know this for a fact. Also, the opposite is equally true: a healthy mind equals a healthy body. If we learn to be in control of our emotional association to food, we will automatically take care of our bodies. The instant satisfaction we get from junk food caused a lot of people to make pleasurable association (in their subconscious minds) to these foods that lead to overeating and addiction.
Living a healthy life starts with your body. If you take care of your body you will develop that sense of pride in yourself and the consequently the way you feel about yourself (or your self esteem).
With this in mind, let me offer you some very simple and basic tips for living a healthy life.
Firstly, realize the importance of oxygen to your body and your health. Breathing is not just to get oxygen to our vital organs. Every cell in your body requires oxygen for it’s survival and health.
You are only as healthy as the cells in your body. In order to fully oxygenate our bodies we must learn to breathe deeply, fully and effectively. Deep, diaphragmatic breaths will, apart from oxygenating your system, stimulate the movement of lymph fluid through the body. Lymph is the body’s natural cleansing system, essential to keeping your cells free from toxins and maintaining a healthy environment for the cells of your body to live in. To breathe properly you must breathe in the following ratio: inhale(1) : hold(2) : exhale(4). For example inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 8 seconds and exhale for 16 seconds. Doing this simple exercise with 10 deep breaths 5 times a day will vastly increase your health, your energy and help maintain a healthy immune system.
Secondly, understand the importance of water to your body and health. Our bodies consist mainly of fluids and water, along with oxygen is the basis of all life. Taking sufficient amounts of water is essential for health and life, but also we need to avoid foods that drain our bodies from vital fluids. Foods that are high in sugar, salt, caffeine and preservatives will actually absorb fluids from your body causing certain vital functions to shut down. Eating foods that are naturally rich in water is essential and include all fruits, vegetables and sprouts.
Your body is your temple and what you put in is what you get out. Stop abusing it and adhere to these simple tips for living a healthy life. The very least you must do to life a healthy life is to stop depriving your body from the two most essential element, water and oxygen.
Applying these simple tips for living a healthy life will vastly improve your health and consequently the way you feel. When we feel good life is a pleasure and we suck from it all the juice. Life is a gift and know that tomorrow is not promised to you. Live everyday like it’s your last and constantly seek out tips for living a healthy life and improving yourself and the quality of your life. It’s all out there and the only thing that is required to have whatever you want from life is for you to go and get it. Just do it and do it with passion and joy.

Aromatherapy Travel Insurance - Essential Oils for Your Journeys
Going on a trip is usually thought of as a wonderful experience, one that you and your family may have planned and looked forward to for some time. To have the most fun - to get the most out of the experience - it’s important that you and your loved ones have the means to overcome those little ailments and discomforts that can make the experience range from mildly unpleasant to downright unbearable. How can we include a little “Trip Insurance” to our already overstuffed carry-ons or mini-vans? Aromatherapy has an answer with some readily-available essential oils.
Motion sickness, bug bites, digestive difficulties, and general travel weariness - to name a few - are common discomforts experienced when venturing away from home. A small collection of inexpensive essential oils can provide great relief from these amusement-threatening ailments. “Treatment” with these oils is simple - ranging from inhaling a little oil from a tissue, to adding to a bath, to drinking a drop with a warm cup of water. And, thankfully, relief often comes quickly because of the oils’ powerful properties and compatibility with our own bodies.
Peppermint and Ginger Essential Oils - Motion Sickness, Stomach Troubles, and Waking Up
Well begin with “getting there” - the beginning of any trip starts with traveling. By car, boat, plane, or otherwise, motion sickness commonly effects many people, particularly children. This can easily make the traveling portion of your experience absolutely no fun. Enter Peppermint essential oil.
Peppermint has long been used to calm uneasy stomachs, and is easily used. One drop (it is strong!) in a cup of warm water, sweetened if you like, can be sipped before and during the voyage. For the fussy ones, a drop can be added to a small amount of honey and taken from a spoon for the same effect.
Ginger essential oil is also known for it’s calming of upset stomachs - a little inhaled from a tissue or diluted in a carrier oil and rubbed on the abdomen may bring relief. A drop of Ginger can also be taken in warm water as a strong ginger tea - this may be effective for some food-related stomach issues, particularly when combined with the abdomen massage method.
Peppermint can also be uplifting to the weary driver or passenger - a drop or two placed on tissues in the car or near your seat will release the aroma into your surroundings. Be careful with this oil however, as getting it on sensitive areas of the skin (directly under the nose, and certainly near the eyes) can burn a little. Tissues with the oil on it should not touch these areas directly.
Lavender Oil - The Great Soother
Lavender has been called “a medicine chest in a bottle” due to its wide range of effects. The aroma of Lavender is uplifting and relaxing, useful for stress in congested airports or crowded highways. Breathing this very safe essential oil is effective for adults and children alike - inhaling drops from a tissue directly, or from one”s placed in your surroundings can help you and your companions be at ease.
Thyme, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus - Cleansing and Keeping Bugs and Bits at Bay
Lavender essential oil is also an effective wound-healer, due to it’s anti-inflammatory, mild antibacterial, and skin-regenerative effects. It can be used directly in case of burns, mixed 50:50 with Tea Tree and put on band aids to prevent infection, or blended with Thyme Linalol and Eucalyptus (2:4:2) and added to a bowl of water for an effective disinfectant wash.
Lavender is very useful for treating bites and stings - just place a little “neat” (undiluted) on the affected area. This versatile oil is also a component of an insect repellent blend comprised of equal parts of Lavender, Thyme Linalol, and Peppermint, and a double-dose of Lemongrass essential oil. A drop or more placed on tissue or cloth about your room can keep the insects out of your space; 3 drops of this blend per teaspoon of carrier oil can be regularly applied to the skin - or you may mix a similar amount into any lotion you may have.
Lavender can be used in combination with Geranium, Chamomile, Peppermint and Eucalyptus oils in relieving the effects of jet-lag. Getting out of this weary state as quickly as possible makes any trip more enjoyable. This requires getting yourself and companions in-synch with local time, having good rest at night and perhaps a gentle lift in the mornings and throughout the day.
Add Chamomile to Calm the Kids
To get yourself into the swing of local time, relax and be ready for bed with equal parts of Lavender and Geranium essential oils - Chamomile may also be used in place of the Geranium, and works especially well for soothing children (if they are irritable for ANY reason). Add a few drops to a bath or use in a massage oil. For a morning eye-opener, do the same using equal amounts of Peppermint and Eucalyptus. You will find these useful at other times when you need a little clarity and lightening-up.
Lemon Oil - Purifying
Lemon Oil also has some wonderfully diverse uses. It is effective as an antibacterial, but not so strong as to be an irritant. Adding several drops per quart to your drinking water will help purify it, and the water can act as a disinfectant to be used in washing your fruits and vegetables - the need for this certainly depends on your location, but it not a bad idea whenever bacterial contamination may be a possibility. Further, regularly drinking water with added lemon oil can gently stimulate the lymphatic and digestive systems, helping alleviate that sluggish feeling that often accompanies extended plane and car travel.
Eucalyptus Oil for Cooling and Colds
Eucalyptus - the Narrow Leaf variety is a favorite - has a great range of uses as well. It can cool the body when too hot, and protect it when too cold. It is found in almost all formulas used to relieve congestion, can support circulation, and bring lightness to a travel-weary head.
Eucalyptus oil can be used like peppermint to uplift and invigorate during long intervals in an automobile. It can be added to a cool bath or used on a cold compress in cases of heat exhaustion and heat stroke (accompanied by, of course, copious amounts of water and electrolytes!), and used in a similar manner to reduce fever. Eucalyptus oil may be blended with Geranium as a massage oil (3 drops Eucalyptus and 2 drops Geranium per teaspoon of carrier oil) to relieve heat cramps. For congestion relief, to a drawn bath, add 1 drop Eucalyptus, 3 drops Lemon, 2 drops Thyme, and 2 drops Tea Tree - soak and breathe deeply - or simply add a few drops to a steaming bowl of water and inhale.
These are just a few examples of ways to make your travel experiences more enjoyable with aromatherapy. With a little effort, you can expand your knowledge of these oils, discovering further uses, and find other oils that work well for your particular needs. These essential oils are readily available, and fairly inexpensive - though caution should be used when buying oils, as some can be adulterated, and others are mass-produced with techniques that may limit their therapeutic benefits. The more pleasant and “well rounded” an oil”s aroma, generally the higher the quality. Your nose will know! And as with any aromatherapy application, start slowly - essential oils deserve a healthy respect.

Diffuse Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma
Diffuse malignant pleural mesothelioma, or DMM, is a rare but highly aggressive type of cancer. It occurs in the thin layer of tissue, the pleura, lining the chest cavity and lungs. Once diagnosed with DMM, most patients do not survive beyond one year. This cancer is more common in men than in women, and in older people.
Most people with DMM have a history of exposure to asbestos; however, if they are not aware that such exposure occurred, they may be unaware that they are at risk. A patient with DMM typically has one or more of the following signs and symptoms: chest pain, shortness of breath, unexplained weight loss, fatigue, fever, or a cough. An x-ray usually shows that the pleural tissue around the lungs has thickened due to the development of a number of nodules or small cancerous growths. Sometimes, there may be a single large growth. When a biopsy of the cancer tissue is done, the types of cells that make up the cancer may be epithelioid, mixed, or sarcomatoid. People with epithelioid cell cancers tend to survive somewhat longer; those with sarcomatoid cancers usually have the shortest survival.
DMM is always treated as aggressively as possible. The type of treatment depends on the dominant cell type the cancer is made of, the extent of spread of the cancer, and the overall health of the person undergoing treatment. Surgery is a preferred option where the bulk of the cancer can be removed. Many anti-cancer drugs are being tried to treat DMM, with varying levels of short-term success. Radiotherapy may also be an option. A number of clinical trials are currently underway to try and find a treatment that may improve the outlook for DMM patients. However, only seven percent of people with DMM survive beyond five years.
Malignant Mesothelioma provides detailed information about malignant mesothelioma, diffuse malignant pleural mesothelioma, malignant mesothelioma diagnosis, malignant mesothelioma lawyer and more. Malignant Mesothelioma is the sister site of Peritoneal Mesothelioma Lawyers.
Why You Need Bacteria In Your Colon
Bacteria in your colon are referred to by many different names - probiotics, good or bad bacteria, beneficial bacteria, acidophilus, disbiosis, micro flora, proflora. friendly flora, and unfriendly bacteria.
I simple use good and bad bacteria to refer to all the bacteria that exist in the small intestine and your colon.
Your colon has both good and bad bacteria. The good bacteria maintain the health of your colon by keeping the bad bacteria from multiplying and reducing constipation.
Most people have bad bacteria as the dominant condition in their colon. You can see this by the illnesses that exist throughout the world. Most people later in their life suffer from diseases that resulted from colon neglect and abuse.
Bad bacteria multiples when you,
* Consume poisons such as pollution, pesticides, food additives such as preservatives, coloring, so on.
* Drink alcohol
* Eat processed foods
* Have excess anxiety
* Lack fiber in your diet
* Use birth control pills
* Use drugstore laxative
* Use drugs and medication
Good bacteria in your colon consists of hundred of species of bacteria. The good bacteria are most active in a pH of 5.9 to 6.9- an acidic environment. This makes for a healthy colon.
Your colon serves as a home for the good bacteria, which ferment specific carbohydrates, which in turn keep your colon environment slightly acidic. The acid environment favors the good bacteria and keeps the bad bacteria and pathogens from multiplying.
The bad bacteria create an alkaline environment and are most active in a pH of 7.1 to 7.9
Again, the good bacteria creates an acidic environment and are most active in a pH of 5.9 to 6.9
Acidophilus and Bifidus are the main good bacteria that exist in your colon. The ascending colon, on the right side of your abdomen area, has the most bacteria. The quantity of bacteria becomes less in the transverse colon and lesser in the descending colon. Eventually, little bacteria is found in the sigmoid and rectum.
When good beneficial bacteria is dominant, in your colon, it prevents the spread of disease from various organisms - parasites, bacteria, viruses, fungi. The specific organisms
Shigella, salmonella, viruses, encephalitis, protozoan, amebas, staph, herpes, flu, cold viruses, comphylobacter, and CMV,
are the ones that creates killer diseases such as dysentery, blood poisoning, meningitis, pneumonia, influenza and encephalitis
The good bacteria keep these organisms in the minority, thus preventing them from multiplying, getting into the blood, and into the different body organs. They do this by their antibiotic like secretions, lactic acid production, and other secretions, which keep their environment acidic.
The good bacteria live and thrive on carbohydrates. When your body has good digestion and little carbohydrates reach your colon, the good bacteria population decreases and the bad bacteria become dominant.
Good bacteria need to be fed to keep it dominant in your colon. If there are any good bacteria left in your colon, then by feeding them, you can get them to multiply. If there are not any good bacteria in your colon, then you cannot reestablish the good bacteria by eating specific carbohydrate foods. To reestablish good bacteria, under this condition, you must do a flora enema.
In his book, Acidophilus and Colon Health, 1999, David Webster, also says,
“Indicators of a healthy colon flora are a soft but well-formed stool, with amber color and little or no odor, and that floats in water most of the time. When the stools are dry, dark brown, too solidly formed or too loose, and especially if there is a putrid odor, these are clear indicators of a putrefactive, alkaline-producing colon flora. Chronic constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome are often eliminated when your colon is restored and maintained at a slightly acid pH.”
In his research, Webster found that feeding the remaining good bacteria edible lactose whey rejuvenates the good bacteria in your colon. By drinking 2 - 5 tablespoons or more each day in a cup of distilled water enough lactose can reach your colon to feed the good bacteria. Webster recommends doing this for 30 days. After this period you can check your stools to see if you have reactivated you good bacteria
