Super bargain 7500 dollar at a dependable interest rate of 7.7 percent

Posted in Credit Repair, Finance Web, World Of Loans by admin on the December 31st, 2008

Be impertinent today to investigate if you have a great offer or if you don’t with the bank that offers you a loan. This is the reason why now you need to check up on and cast if you can have a credit loan at a just percent loan rate. Check out to see if the moneylender who is tending to give you a bank loan is honest. A merchant bank in La Mesa California or so can have a total completely different actual rate of interest for a 25000 dollar loan then a moneylender in Macon Georgia and that makes a immense clear difference in your yearly pay backs. It doesn’t matter if you live in Carmel Indiana or in Mentor Ohio a honorable online investigation will palliate you often .

8.7 percent rate may look so just but will that be constant after you’re going to refund your credit loan. A lot of the merchant banks wil show you a loan rate that looks respectable but feels poorly or so after a period of time. At this present you can check out interest rates quickly at websites and image if there are other possible traps you should know about.

Call Accounting Software in Every Enterprise

Posted in Informationer by admin on the December 31st, 2008

Communication facilities are the lifeline of most successful businesses and often the most difficult to manage. The success of any organization is directly related to its ability to address the changing needs of its people and customers. Management of telephone charges, equipment fees, VoIP traffic, internet usage, and provider discounts is a difficult task. Most communication managers demand the necessary tools to allow administrators to monitor, evaluate, forecast and allocate communications management services and expenses.

Communications facilities are continuing to evolve at a rapid rate. Call accounting is generally the centerpiece of a complete communication management solution (CMS) to allow customers to track, process and allocate communications transactions (analog, VoIP and data).

Communications transactions are generally delivered to call accounting systems where this information is processed real-time, summarized or submitted to a central server for multi-site consolidation.

For many years, long distance traffic was monopolized by the major telephone companies. Today, the complex and competitive sphere of alternate services, long distance carriers and countless discount strategies leaves most customers baffled about best available savings. A robust call accounting system will provide a concise unbiased picture of comparative rate structures using concrete historical data.

Customer relationship management is fundamental to the success of many organizations. CMS utilizes calling line information delivered the telephone system for comprehensive inbound traffic analysis. These reports assist in designing regional campaigns, network planning and call center staffing.

Network performance is critical in a call center, emergency dispatch service, hospitality, government or even a small business. Call accounting produces statistics for trunk usage, grade of service, all trunks busy and peak/busy hour analysis. Call accounting pinpoints over or under capacity environments. Many organizations struggle with workforce management and productivity. Shadow CMS provides exception management reports to Nortel customers, which highlight long duration, excessive cost and misdialed calls. Each call may be pinpointed to a particular password, account code, extension or authorization number. Call accounting provides detailed telephone charges reports, which highlight usage practices

Professional services firms often face the tedious task of allocating communications expenses to customer account files. Call accounting delivers expense account code, password or authorization code reports. These results can be automatically directed to accounting systems, spreadsheets, HTML, email and a variety of other formats.

In hospitality environments, information is processed in real time, assigned a cost and immediately delivered to property management room folios for true billing integration.

A robust call accounting system provides a series of sophisticated traffic analysis reports (that utilize CCS, Erlang and Erlang B) to determine network efficiency and alternate cost modeling for facility planning. In retail and direct customer service environments, a call accounting system should extendsits communications analysis to custom call routing (CCR), voice mail and interactive voice recognition reporting (IVR). This paints a total picture of communication activity,

Getting Back to Basics: Following Your Heart and Finding Your Path, Part 2

Posted in World Of New Age by admin on the December 29th, 2008

“God gives us different passions so that everything He wants done in the world will get done.”
Rick Warren, The Purpose Driven Life

Do you remember finding a dream that you just couldn’t wait to pursue? You faced every day with a new (perhaps renewed!) enthusiasm and resolve! Sometimes, however, as we each wait for our dream to take shape, mature and come to fruition, we lose sight of what originally inspired us to have such a dream or vision. In the everyday efforts of pursuing a dream — which often means “roll up our sleeves” and “get to work”– we forget some of the things that motivated us early on: the excitement of using our abilities more fully, of helping others, and finding a purposeful life. Instead, we often get de-railed, or discouraged. When those times occur, it is especially helpful to go back to the basic issues to “get back on track.”

The “Basics”
We talked about the importance of making sure we have drawn upon the deep heart desires God has given us, and of trusting that He will be a partner in granting those desires and in making our plans succeed. We talked about the growing of our dream, and that it will likely go through different stages. In the meantime, we are also growing in character and wisdom to equal the dream we have embraced. (See Getting Back to Basics, Part 1, August 2005, http://www.followyourheart.info/articles/art200508pr.html)

What else is there to think about? Speaking from my own experience, I believe it is helpful to look again at God’s promises and remember their initial offer of hope when we first discovered our dream. They can continue to offer hope and inspiration as we follow that dream. The last chapter of my book, Follow Your Heart and Discover God’s Dream for You, is called “Promises to Keep You Going.” That chapter was written because in writing that book, and as I completed the book and sought a publisher, there were many times of testing and uncertainty. Sometimes I wondered if my efforts where a whim, sometimes they were intimidating, and sometimes I wondered if they would ever succeed at all.

What I did when those occasions happened was to first look at the things we have been reviewing. I went through a checklist, and you can do the same, asking:

  • does my dream really motivate me and incorporate my strongest passions?
  • did I pick the dream that “won’t let go”, even though there were reasons why it might not have been the most logical dream? (When I returned to that dream it was immediately clear that I had a peace about it, in spite of the uncertainties surrounding it. Could peace be God’s homing device to guide and direct us to our destination?)
  • do I understand my dream has to go through several stages and “grow”?
  • do I trust God to fulfill my dream according to His timing and purpose, and to give up any “perceived” control of my own?

After answering those questions with a strong “yes”, and knowing that no other dream so completely captured the deep passions within I felt God had given me, I resolved to trust Him to see my dream blossom and grow. (And I am glad I did!)

God’s Promises
What I did next was to keep returning to God’s promises— they were what really “kept me going.” I believe He plants His desires for our life within us, until those desires grow, become stronger, and catch our attention. He certainly is interested, then, in helping and seeing those very desires fulfilled. I was interested in the promises that spoke to these issues, and what might be required of me to do.

One of the key things I realized is that God is deeply involved in our dreams and lives. He has given us “his very great and precious promises.” (2 Peter 1:4)
I decided to take them at face value, and assume they mean exactly that they say.
(Without trying to over-analyze them.)

  • I “willed” myself to believe them, because my will has more power than my feelings.
  • I was willing, if it depended on my action or response, to take that step.

So, what were some of the promises that kept me and my dream going? I am going to concentrate on our heart’s desires, on guidance, and on joy and abundance. To me these were key promises that spoke of an active involvement of God on our behalf– in our yearnings, in guiding and watching over us, in counseling us, and in giving us life “to the full.”

Heart’s Desires:
“Delight yourself also in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Ps. 37:4)
“May he give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed.” (Ps. 20:4)

Guidance:
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go: I will counsel you and watch over you.” (Ps. 32:8)
“I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you
In the way you should go.” (Isa. 48:17)

Joy/Abundance:
“Until now ;you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.” (Jn. 16:24)
“…I am come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (Jn. 10:10)

Our Mission
Finally, in addition to believing God’s promises, I believe too that our mission in life is a law “written in our members”. God has already revealed His will for us relating to our vocation and mission. We start to discern that will as we discern the motivations and talents we have been given. This discernment is what started me on my own dream journey, a journey I share with all dream seekers. I felt I was being true to myself, and to true to whatever gifts or abilities God had given me.

It is my hope that as you follow your heart and dreams, you will continue to discover the purposes He has for your life and talents. May you trust in Him and His promises to you to keep you going forward. May the “desires of your heart” also come true!

Happy dream journey,

Food for Thought… Prayer for Humanity

Posted in World Of New Age by admin on the December 29th, 2008

These thought provoking missives, have served as a guiding light for my life. I hope you find them as helpful as I have.

Food for Thought…Prayer for Humanity

And now, father/mother of us all,

I ask you to bless all of humanity.

We need your wisdom, your guidance.

You see, for so long,

humans have worked to destroy each other,

and many people only feel comfortable

when given power over others.

Bless them, show them the peace I understand;

teach them humility.

For I fear they will someday destroy themselves

and their children

as they have done so to Mother Eart

I plead, I cry.

After all, they are my sisters and brothers…

–Anon.

Honor the Sacred

Honor the sacred

Honor the Earthour Mothe

Honor the Sun

Honor the Moon

Honor the elders

Honor all with whom we share the Earth:

Four-leggeds, two-leggeds, winged ones,

Swimmers, crawlers, plant and rock people.

Walk in balance and beauty.

Native American Commandments

• Treat the Earth and all that dwell thereon with respect.

• Remain close to the Great Spirit.

• Show great respect for your fellow beings.

• Work together for the benefit of all Mankind.

• Give assistance and kindness wherever needed.

• Do what you know to be right.

Obtain Cheap Cricket Gear on the World Wide Web

Posted in Shopping Portal, Sports Tips + More, University of Leisure by admin on the December 29th, 2008

When you are just about to start to play cricket it is not always easy to decide what you need to purchase. If you go into a sports equipment high street retail shop and ask them what you need, you will most likely finish up coming out with a substantial amount of equipment that you don’t need. Therefore, it’s best to fathom what you will want before you go shopping. That way you are very much more likely to get what you need, rather than what the store landlord recommends you need.

Below, is essentially a thorough cricket equipment inventory, you do not require to get everything on this list, as lots of clubs will lend you equipment particularly at youth level:

Cricket whites, cricket bats, balls, helmets, gloves, batting (wicket keeping) inner gloves, wicket keeping gloves, batting pads, wicket keeping pads, box, chest pad, arm guard, inner thigh pad, cricket boots (bowling boots; batting boots), box (groin guard), stumps and bails. For great offers on camping gear visit the Sportswear-Equipment.com today.

For most of the games you play you will require to have your very own set of whites. Cricket whites include white cricket trousers & a cricket shirt. It is important to ensure that you get an excellent set of cricket trousers & also a good white cricket shirt and jumper as it can rapidly turn cold if you are standing out on the pitch for a prolonged period of time especially if you are playing in England (the start and end of the season are the coldest).

If you can not rent gear from your club the other most crucial items of equipment are a cricket bat & box. A good cricket bat is necessary if you hope to score plenty of runs and is a very individual piece of equipment, therefore spend some time picking your bat, if at all possible you ought to go to a sports store and try one out before you buy in order for you to know how it feels to play with. As soon as you know what you want you can often acquire bats on the Web significantly cheaper). You need a good box to defend your groin from the ball, as getting hit down below’ is very painful, so investing in a good box before you start is a clear must - you can not bat without one.

Private Label Products: Trend For The Best?

Posted in Informationer by admin on the December 28th, 2008

Lately, private label products have made a tremendous impact on the U.S. market, affecting almost everyone, from producers to retailers to consumers. Private label products are products whose name or brand solely belongs to a specific retailer (e.g. Wal-Mart and Marks & Spencer). Let us say that you are in a grocery store. At first, you see all those gourmet sandwiches with brands that have long been familiar to you. Then you go to Marks & Spencer and lo and behold, now they are selling the same type of sandwiches too!

Private label products have grown significantly in Europe, especially in the Western half, and now it is making its mark in the United States. Private labels can be divided into sub groups: store brands are products where the retailer’s name is a strong factor in its packaging and marketing aspects; store sub-brands are products whose connection to the retailer is minimal; umbrella branding is a strategy where a retailer uses only one private label for different product categories and finally there are individual brands in which one private label is accorded to one product type.

The advantages are of course numerous, to all key persons involved. For the retailer, one of the most obvious pros would be the increase in sales. In addition, since it is his or her own private label, the retailer then has the freedom to create its own marketing strategy, have more control over its stock inventory and possibly use it to gain a more positive image to the public. And with a positive image, this would of course lead to stronger customer loyalty. Naturally, having a private label for one’s product would mean investing a lot of money so the retailer must be sure that it has the capital needed for such a venture. Secondly, most people still view private label products as something synonymous to lower quality products so this is another issue that the retailer must try to combat as they launch their new line.

For producers and suppliers, the advantages of producing private label products for a retail company is less visible but still present, nonetheless, For one, they get rid of most of the entry barriers of producer usually faces as they try entering a market because they’re supplying directly to the retailer itself. Secondly, for cash-strapped suppliers, manufacturing private label products will let them enter the bigger and higher end markets. The downside of all these of course is when a product does not perform as expected. Low profit could then affect the relationship between the supplier and retailer.

For the consumer, the advantages and disadvantages are almost equal. Most private label products are cheaper than branded products. This would translate to lower expenses for consumers, something that not everyone would doubt welcome. However, if the quality of the products is sub-standard, as some private label products are, maybe you are not getting the best of the deal as you have originally thought.

At the end, everything comes down to quality. Since price-wise, private label products have the upper hand, the only ace branded products have in their sleeves would be a more superior quality. However, if a reliable retailing company backs a private label product, the quality is usually equal to those that are branded. All one has to do is to CHOOSE WISELY.

Caller ID of Death

Posted in Informationer by admin on the December 27th, 2008

As a broker, there is an unwritten rule that you don’t steal clients from a co-worker because we all work on commission. Our office phone system works in such a way that if a desk is unmanned, the call will be transferred to another desk until it is picked up. When I get a call of this nature, I can pull up the investor’s information and see exactly what has portfolio holds and who he normally deals with. If the client is long term and has a preference for a particular broker, I simply tell them that I’ll have their broker call them right back. The one time I decided to ignore this rule, it ended up causing a big scene.

Although we all have stocks to push, there is a degree of flexibility in what we recommend our customers buy that differentiates each of us. Therefore, what I recommend may be in stark contrast to what the guy sitting next to me might recommend. One day a call comes across my desk from a big client. This client is so big, in fact, that he is the primary bread and butter for one of my co-workers. The day the client called was the last day of a weeklong vacation my co-worker had taken, so I knew he wouldn’t be able to call him back until the next day. By coincidence, I was pushing a stock that had just reached it’s one month low, but that I knew was primed to resurge. I was as sure of this stock as any I’d ever recommended before. Still, I knew I would catch major hell from everyone for making a commission off of another broker’s primary client. I decided I couldn’t let the opportunity pass the investor by so I simply told him that his broker had instructed me to tell him about the stock I was sure of if the client called, and that his broker would be back tomorrow. The client bit on the stock and made a major purchase. I thanked him, filled out a commission sheet with my co-workers information on it (so that he would be the one to benefit from my work) and forgot about it. I figured I might get a nice “thank you” upon his return…especially if the stock performed as I expected and the client was happy. At the end of the day, I checked the stock to find it had climbed an astounding three points. I wasn’t thinking of the sale to my co-worker’s client as I, myself had made several sales of it to my clients and was happy that they were going to profit handsomely from my recommendation.

The next day, I came in to find my co-worker (yes, that co-worker) standing at my desk. He had seen his client on my caller ID and proceeded to throw a “class A” fit in front of God and everybody. I simply stood there while he lit into me as though I had just devoured his firstborn. Not only did he scream at me, several others joined in, thinking I had sold to his client on my behalf. I didn’t say a word. I knew that he, nor they, had discovered that I put the sale under his name and that the stock had performed extremely well. He said his last and stormed off back to his desk.

Every morning, we get a printout of the previous day’s activity around 9:00 am. That’s usually about the time I go down to the cafeteria for a cup of coffee. When I returned, there was my co-worker, standing at my desk and smiling from ear to ear. Not only had he made a nice commission without even being at work, his client called to thank him while I was getting coffee. I just smiled right back, knowing he had to be feeling about two feet tall. I had lobster for lunch that day, and guess who paid.

I love caller ID.

Free Exercise Tips: Learn Do’s and Dont’s Of Exercising!

Posted in Shopping Portal by admin on the December 27th, 2008

Just working out is not enough. One has to be careful while exercising. There are some common mistakes that can easily be avoided. Here are a few of these common mistakes that most people make.

Some Do’s and Dont’s while Exercising.

Not Stretching

It is very important that you stretch your body, both before and after exercising.Get someone to show you how to warm up and stretch properly. A goo trainer is sine qua non while exercising. Work on all the big muscle groups.

Overdoing

Remember that your body needs to build its strength. You might start out with the best intentions and spend 40 minutes on the step machine. But the next day you wont bo able to work out. If you are out of shape, increase the time of your workout or weights you lift by 10 per cent per week. No more than that.

Another common mis-step is to lift weights that are too heavy. Your back is a good indicator for this. If you feel it hurting, you need to try out with lower weights. So, next time, try out weights that suit you.

Over speeding

Eliminate momentum from your reps by trying some agonizing slowness. Try going up for two counts down for four.

Also take rest of around 1.5 to 2 minutes between sets to give your body some rest.

Must Read: Muscle Building Do’s and Dont’s at http://www.weightloss-health.com/muscle_building_do_donts.htm

Dehydrating

Your body needs water. Carry a bottle with you and drink constantly. It will help your lose weight. Dont worry too much about high tech sports drink. A pinch of salt in the water bottle and a banana before the workout will do the job just as well.

Random Tip: It is the quality that matters not the quantity.

How To Monetize Your Traffic So You Get The Most Out Of It

Posted in Promoting Stuff by admin on the December 26th, 2008

Establishing your own E-commerce site is not like what it used to be. There are thousands of competition that is all too willing to get a bigger share of the pie. Every scheme and method you can find to augment your sales would be very beneficial.

We have got to admit to ourselves. Most of us are into it for the money. We are not going to waste our time and effort just for the fun of it. Many sites would not wait until hell freezes over just to see their profits. While there are some who takes things lightly there are always those who would rather see profit any given day.

It is common knowledge that without traffic we have no business. Like any business, without any customers you don’t get sales. Traffic represents all the people that gets a chance to see what you have to offer. The more people who see your products the more people there would be to buy them.

Nobody puts up an E-commerce site that doesn’t expect profit. We have a startup capital that needs to be regained. With a consistent traffic, we at least have a fighting chance to achieve that probability. Monetizing your traffic would optimize your chances of making the best out of it.

Making Money out of your Traffic

The best and most proven method of making a profit out of your traffic is using advertising. The internet generates hundreds of thousands upon hundred of thousands of traffic everyday. Most of them are searching for something. While some are just looking for information there is also a good percentage that is looking for something that they need.

The internet has proven to be a very reliable source in finding what was deemed to be a very unsearchable product. The internet has made the world a smaller place; you can advertise a product from the depths of Istanbul and still find a buyer from the center of Philadelphia.

Generating traffic is not an easy task. You have to contend with a great number of sites to generate a good number of traffic flow. But if done successfully this could open up a Pandora’s Box of possibilities. One of the benefits is monetizing your traffic flow.

So, to get to the core of it the more traffic you generate the more likely you are considered as a desirable, desirable, in a sense that a good traffic flowing site is easily convertible to profit. Basically traffic equals profit. Advertising is the name of the game; with the good advertising scheme you can use your traffic flow to your advantage.

When you have good traffic you have a good number of potential customers, customers that are willing to pour money into your coffers. Other than that these are also traffic that can be redirected to sponsored links that are willing to pay you for a sizeable portion of the traffic that you have generated.

This scheme is called “pay-per-click”. With every click a visitor of your site makes on an advertised link you will be paid. The more traffic you generate and the more clicks that happens would spell to more profits.

Affiliate Programs

Another method of monetizing your traffic are affiliate programs. You can link up with other tried and tested sites and online companies and monetize your traffic by having a percentage of sales generated by traffic coming from your site.

The basic idea is, traffic generated from your site will go to another site that can offer a product that you do not carry. Many programs can keep track and make records of transactions that was made possible because of site linkage.

When purchases are made by customers that was led by your site to their site you get a percentage of that sale. Affiliate programs would give you the benefit of monetizing your traffic without the actual need of carrying or promoting a certain product.

There are so many ways and methods to monetize your traffic. All it takes is a bit of hard work and the desire to successfully launch a profit-earning site. The internet is a veritable source of information, many tips and guides are offered everywhere in how to monetize your traffic and make your site a good profit earner.

7 Perks to Living a Life on Purpose

Posted in World Of New Age by admin on the December 25th, 2008

1. We all have a purpose in this life time.

The Mystics say each being has 2 core needs, to know they are loved
and to know their lives have purpose. Is there anyone out there who
doesn’t feel like they have some purpose on this Earth? Do you feel
embarrassed by thinking that, feel it’s too lofty? Some voices in your
head telling you all those lovely things, “who do you think you are?”,
“yeah right, you, hah!” and on and on. I prefer to believe the Mystics. I
know my head wants to keep me safe, in the comfort zone, a place
where no growth or change will take place, it may have a semblance of
comfort to it, it is the place of death.

2. Great way to model for your children.

We want to tell our children how to behave, and yet what the heck are
we modeling? Tell children to get along with others meanwhile we are
blowing up different parts of the world and its people. Cursing at the guy
who just cut us off in traffic, gossiping, etc. Don’t smoke, drink, and tell
the truth, …what are we doing? We think that by telling them these things
they will learn them and voila, out comes your perfect child. A child
learns by what they see and hear, they are watching and listening 24/7
and remember everything!! If you have trouble living on purpose every
day for yourself, then do it for your children, do it for the world. Do it so
that you get to live your purpose, so you can live in joy, so that you care
about what is happening around you, so that your children will get to
grow up and not live your limitations.

3. It keeps you living in the moment.

If you are “waiting” you are not living in the moment. What are you
waiting for? I think it all started with Prince Charming on the white
stallion. When was he going to get here? It’s been 52 years and he has
not arrived. Maybe I will wait till I get the raise, the career, the job, the
relationship, the hairdo, the body, the car, the house, the whatever, and
then my life will be perfect. If we are waiting we are living in the past or
dreaming about the future and missing every moment of every day to co-
create the magical, mystical life we are all longing for.
Can you in this moment, think of one thing you are waiting for. Got it.?
From a place of compassion what do you need to do to stop the waiting
game around this one thing?

4. It feels good!!

The flow, the synchronicity. We have all had those synchronistic
moments., they feel so sweet! Would you like more of those? Guess
what, when you are living on purpose you are awake and conscious to
the miracles going on around you. Most of the time we are absorbed in
something other than the present moment and we miss most of them.
Using a planner is a wonderful thing, your day, month, is filled with all
the most important things in your life, they have a time slot. They get
attention! No time at the end of the month you say, I didn’t have time to
exercise, or I didn’t have time to write. You make an appointment for all
that is important to you and then live your life around those. Most of us
schedule our lives around our work, and get the living done in bits here
and there, a 2 week vacation. What if we completely switched that and
got our living done first and then did our work?

5. You get to do what you love.

Express your creative self doing things that give you pleasure, joy, juice!
Nothing happens when you are laying on the couch watching tv, nothing
that is going to change your life. A stress reliever for the moment, the
problem is that it takes us to a new level of numbness and stress is still
there. Have you ever felt like you were living Groundhog’s Day, over
and over. The difference is there is no happy ending for us, no shift and
everything happily ever after. What happens when you live this life is
that you live it day after day after day, hoping it will change, but taking no
actions to do so. We live it over and over and then we expire. There is
no sequel to this lifetime.

6. People love being around you.

You are fulfilled and in joy, no matter what happens, no one gets to take
your joy, you aren’t giving it up! How many times have you heard
someone say, You made me feel angry?” I know we have all heard that,
or another form of it. In truth, no one can make you feel anything unless
you allow it. No getting to be the victim. It’s up to you. Do you want to live
in Joy, or not? It doesn’t mean that things aren’t going to happen, of
course they will. There will be things that will hurt and feel like our hearts
are breaking and, you can still hold joy in your heart thru all of it.

7. At the end you are ready to go home

A friend shared that the 2 words people so commonly say on their death
beds is Oh Sh**! Elizabeth Kubler Ross said “and at the end of your life
you will say what the great majority of people say to me when I sit at
their death bed, with great grief and sadness “I have made a living, but I
have never lived”. Right now, in this moment you have a choice to live a
life on purpose that is connected with your true authentic self or to live a
life that just seems to happen day after day and wait for that day, or
person, job, house, clothes, hairstyle, partner that is going to save you
and make your life all better. (just an aside, they/ it isn’t coming!) As the
Hopi Elders say, “You are the one you have been waiting for”. You are
